Hi, my name is Hilary and I’m an NCCH qualified colon hydrotherapist. I studied psychology at university, then diversified into sports therapy and sports massage. The more I studied the human body the more I realised that what we put into our body had an extreme effect on what ultimately came out or what didn't. After undergoing countless colonics myself, I realised that becoming a colon hydrotherapist was something I really wanted to do.
I am passionate about my profession. Helping people overcome their problems can be life-changing for some individuals. It’s not just about the treatment, but also teaching people the importance of nutrition and exercise. In the modern world of fast foods and access to manufactured, dried and frozen foods we have forgotten that nature knows best. It is important that we make the best out of nature.
The West has turned to manufactured medical treatments, but many people are reverting to holistic medicines that have been around for thousands of years, such as colonic therapy. Colonics should be part of everybody’s lifestyle and depending on how healthy your colon is, decides how often you should have a treatment. If your insides are kept clean and the right flora is allowed to do their job, then the chances are that you will be healthy.
